The associates here are great. Lots of smart, hard working people. Most of the lower management staff is really good too. The problem is upper management. They treat & think of associates more like slaves than employees. In an attempt to increase productivity they produced an environment where micromanaging runs rampant. This stems from their inability to find real solutions to problems. Turnover is extremely high. There is no effort to incentivize or retain employees and the policies at this facility are more suited for weeding employees out than retaining them.
