Poor customer service. I wasn't greeted coming into the store or while in the store by any employee. I was never asked did I need any help while looking for things for a party. I said hi to an employee she looked at me then looked away without saying hi back. One of the male employees saw me looking for things I needed but didn't approach me to ask did I need help. He was pretending to be working when he wasn't. I asked a question I was ignored. When I worked at Party City you would get in trouble if you didn't show good customer service. While I worked there (not this location) I was told if you see a customer you approach the customer, greet them, and make sure there needs are met. The manager there didn't seem to care at all. The only that was good about my experience here was me leaving and taking my business elsewhere.
